ELECTIONS PACKAGE

Meet the Candidate

Name: Ashish Mishra
Program: Dual Certificate Course In HR, Marketing And Entrepreneurship
Bio: I am Ashish Mishra, a self-taught entrepreneur, and lawyer by profession who happened to enter the entrepreneurial world 5 years ago. I spearheaded my company to its current turnover of more than $800k. I am here to learn the skills so that in the next 3 years I can push my startup on the path of being a unicorn in India and the world.

Given my previous leadership experience during my undergraduate and graduate studies, I very well understand the path a student traverse through and the support they need from student representatives. In the past, I have successfully helped more than 50 peers to get internships, part-time jobs, and other help. I  believe, having empathy, being responsive and responsible, and being available for peers are paramount for any student representative. My principal goal as a board of directors would be to help International students find accommodation, and part-time jobs and help connect with others. Try to be a link between indigenous students and the international student community.

I am proud of my past achievements as a student leader but also feel obliged to my family and friends who supported me through the entire journey. Given an opportunity here as a Board of Directors at our Student Council (TDSA),  I can assure each one of you that I'll be serving our student's community with utmost sincerity and honesty.
