 Step 1. Read over the Clubs Policy.
Step 2. Fill out a Club Application Package (Revised May 2025).
Step 3. Submit to the TDSA office or email to [email protected].
Step 4. Within 5 business days, you will receive the decision for your club application from the VPCL. Good luck! 

Event & Funding Request Application

To remain club status as active, all official clubs must host at least one (1) event per semester (Fall-Winter). 
​Please submit the PDF or the Google Form at least 2-4 weeks prior to the event and prior to making any club-related purchases. 

General Reimbursement Form

After submission and approval of Event Application by the VPCL, clubs may purchase items and submit this form to receive reimbursement for pre-approved club expenses. All original, itemized receipts must be included.
Please submit the PDF or the Google Form no later than 30 days after the dates shown on the receipts.
