Event & Funding Request Application (Revised April 2025)
To remain club status as active, all official clubs must host at least one (1) event per semester (Fall-Winter). Please submit the PDF or the Google Format least 2-4 weeks prior to the event and prior to making any club-related purchases.
After submission and approval of Event Application by the VPCL, clubs may purchase items and submit this form to receive reimbursement for pre-approved club expenses. All original, itemized receipts must be included. Please submit the PDFor the Google Formno later than 30 days after the dates shown on the receipts.
